We had a large order for a group home. The ladies that came out were rude and had ice cream spilling all over and didnt offer napkins. When we asked for napkins she sighed and told them in the headphone we needed napkins. The guy that came out offered to put the avalanche in a larger container since it was overflowing and melting everywhere. He apologized for the mess and was nice and patient the rest of the time while collecting the rest of the orders.

First time visiting B&G Milkyway and have to say I'll definitely be back! I ordered the hot dog combo, which came with a standard hot dog, potato salad and smoked beans. The employees were the kindest folks I've ever come across at any eatery. That makes a big difference and is appreciated! One of the employees recommended I try an avalanche for next time. They do ask what you want on the hot dog, which for me was onions and mustard. The food was delicious and the lemonade was perfect, not too sweet. The drive thru experience was really neat, the employees come out and take payment as well as hand your order over when it's ready. Keep up the great work, B&G!

We went on a day that was too cold for ice cream but it was now open for the spring and the kids were excited. I LOVED the outdoor area! Lots of good places to sit and fun things to do while waiting for the food. As far as the food goes, it's what you would expect and it's tasty. There was a good amount of parking but getting in and out is what might be a little difficult but not bad at all. Great start to the season and I love what they did to make it fun!

Everything is great, until the server hands you a device that asks for a tip. This is a drive-through. People who hand out food at a drive-through should not expect a tip.

They were super busy but I was impressed by the efficiency they incorporated. Of course the ice cream and food is always good

Love this place for all the goodies! The staff is amazing and the wait time is not bad at all, even when they are busy! I love their ice cream and sure make any day even more special.
